When Tina purchased her childhood home, the kitchen had not been updated in a few decades and had excessive wear and tear from heavy use of a large family that loved to entertain. Furthermore, the existing floor plan was crowded, and outdated.
With interior demolition to combine the existing kitchen, dining, and family rooms, the space was ready for a fresh updating with a new, open floor plan. The new layout includes a massive kitchen island, professional grade appliances, and custom cabinetry and built-in seating.
